        Inspired by my former Central Illinois Visual Arts Gallery (CIVAG) project,
       this new page was creatted to foster the same goals inspired by CIVAG while narrowing the focus of the enterprise.

     Starting August 21, 2009, I have begun a major renovation of this site, deleting some of the web sites included at the Arts Links page and updating many more.

The new Springfield Poets & Writers group has been formed to carry on the cause of encouraging people of all ages to engage creative writing and to help everyone write better. Back issues of the P&WLF publications listed above (anthologies of poetry and prose)  are available for no charge to anyone willing to pay shipping. A list of issues and contributing writers, plus the cost of postage per single issue is presented at the new page.
